Hey! I know how you can get the em-dash for when someone is cut off in their dialogue. 
          
          N.B. You have to insert the quotation mark and then the em-dash or else the quotation mark will face the incorrect way. 
          
          On Windows: ALT+0151
          On Mac: SHIFT+ALT/OPTION+MINUS SIGN
