You don’t realise how much social media consumption actually impacts your mood, energy and mental health sometimes when you’re so stuck in it. I just realised today how much it was getting to me, it’s just like a disease. Except that disease is hatred. Why are people fighting all the god damn time? Go outside. 

I hate how jealousy can eat you up from the inside. It’s such a nasty feeling.
