I have always believed that everyone has his/her own stories to tell, and they are always meaningful. Meaning – it has been what I have found in written works and what I aim to create in and through my own writing. When I look around me, I see everything as a possible writing material, as a spark of idea, and as a source of meaning.

But writing is not something that I bring with me everyday, maybe because the demands of life would not allow me to do so. Most of my days, I left writing somewhere else, but there has been an unspoken promise to be with it again when I meet meaning in my walk through life worthy of being expressed in written words.

I started writing when I was a kid in elementary. Back then, I tried writing because I would like an imagined reality come alive. I never wanted to call what I write or writing itself a fantasy or an escape from reality just because it has seemed to be too good to be true. I chose and still choose to call it an imagined reality because I have held in my beliefs that somewhere, someday, that too good would be true.

I give special thanks to my friend, Arvina David, for all the times she has been telling me to write on Wattpad until here I am. I thank my readers no matter how few they are in number for now (I really hope that they grow in number) for trusting they will have time well-spent in reading my pieces. I cannot swear that they will have fun in everything I write, but I promise that they will find meaning here that will make their reading worthwhile. Lastly, I thank writing for keeping me driven for words with all their power, beauty, and essence; I thank writing for keeping me believe that what makes a writer hearten is what destined words to be written.
