@ExiledQueen I guess. I'm not complaining because I love A7X. Painkiller's not bad, but it sounds like Matt's trying a bit too hard. It doesn't have that passion that Adam's singing has.
@EvaHart a7xstill has their vibe though... like tdg has changed so much because adam was the songwriter and the singer. the song reflected his style AND you heard his voice. for a7x, the rev played a huge part in the songwriting, but he was the drummer. m shadows still has amazing vocals and synyster gates is the best guitarist ever.
@ExiledQueen He's not a bad singer, but I do agree about their style. Painkiller is completely different from their earlier music. Same with A7X. After The Rev, you can totally hear the difference between Hail to the King and their earlier albums. I adore WT. I don't care if they've gone slightly "pop" like everyone says, their music is amazing. I only knew a few songs before Hydra, and then I REALLY started listening to their music. My favorite is probably What Have You Done (U.S. Edition ft. Keith Caputo). Or the acoustic version of Ice Queen.
