Random PSA:

For any fellow Android users who have been encountering any of the following issues with apps such as Wattpad, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc:

          	- Screen auto-scrolling to either the bottom of a document/page or jumping to the typing icon when you haven't touched the screen

          	- Words deleting themselves/changing to a random word previously typed

          	- Formatting not saving correctly and changing on its own (more specifically in Wattpad)

          	- General typing issues in any app

I believe I've learned what causes these issues for Samsung/Android devices. If you're like me, you've been unable to get any work done on the Wattpad mobile app because of the numerous issues listed above. Even the Microsoft Word app was having similar issues. The issues are NOT with the apps, but with the software used to run "Samsung Keyboard" on the device itself not playing nice with the typing software of the individual apps. More specifically, the problem is with the "Predictive Text" setting. By turning it off, all of the annoying issues I've been having for the past few years magically vanished into thin air at the cost of not having a typing assist to correct mispelled words.

If you're having the same problems, I suggest going into your settings, find "Samsung Keyboard," scroll until you see an option called "Predictive Text," and turning off. It can always be turned back on.

          	Have a great day!

"Towering over them all is the Rafflesia flower and she is clothed and dancing, her small feet lively and quick and now prancing and bowing to the audience, tall and limber and flawless, like a petal drifting along the wind. She never sleeps, she says. She says she’ll never die. She bows to the children and sashays backwards and throws back her head and cackles light in her throat and she is a great favorite, the Rafflesia. She swipes her claws and the rainbow streaks of her hair shines radiantly in the light and she prances about and takes possession of all eyes and she twirls and twirls twice, twirls thrice, spinning and swaying at once. Her heels are clacking and loud. She never sleeps. She says that she will never die. She hungers for life and for death and she is a great favorite. She never sleeps, the Rafflesia. She is swaying, dancing. She says that she will never die."

@ eyesoftheFUTURE Very well done. This perfectly suits Ragyo, both because of the characteristics of the Rafflesia flower and the character of Judge Holden.

First Dio, then Ozzy. The Godfather and Grandfather of metal. Both legends in their own right, and the progenitors of one of the most influential music genres to air since the days of Frank Sinatra.

The early era of metal triggered a cultural shift in America that challenged how society viewed the taboo. If there is any singular genre of music I can say has had the most impact on me as a person, it's metal.

Metal is more than just screaming into a mic about blood and violence. In fact, most metal songs have little to do with screamo and/or disturbing topics. Metal is, in my opinion, the most diverse genre of music that has a little bit of everything for everyone and for every emotion a person can be feeling. Metal has made me, and millions of others, laugh, cry, feel angry, feel energized, and feel inspired.

Without Ozzy, metal wouldn't be what it is today. And without metal, my stories wouldn't be what they are today, because many of my ideas come from music, and most of the music I listen to is metal.

Sleep well Ozzy. Hopefully you're rockin out with Dio wherever you are.

Hiya! Just a random question but, I recently reread the original Psychic Hero (still a classic btw) and I'm not sure if I missed anything but during the Entrance Exam the other Psychic user was absent unlike in the Redux. Does that mean they are a completely new character, or was I not paying attention? I don't recall seeing him at any point in any of the chapters of the OG, but I'm sure he was present in Redux. Sorry if this is a stupid question, lol

@Pika1007 The other Psychic present during the entrance exam in the Redux is indeed Mindo, aka the Psychic boy the reader fights in the License Exam Arc. He was not present in the original version of the entrence exam. I included him there in the Redux as a fun little detail readers of the original story might pick up on!

Random question but is Y/n from Psychic Hero supposed to be based on Mob from Mob Psycho 100? I have only recently watched the anime, so I've drawn the comparison in my head and well, yeah it would explain a lot. And if so, if you put Shigeo up against Y/n in a head-to-head fight, who do you think is more likely to win?

DraxHere

@DraxHere Oops only just getting this now. Wattpad notifs are out of whack (Thanks for getting back to me btw, that was quick lol)

Haha yeah, I was pleasantly surprised when I started watching Mob Psycho and immediately thought back to this story. I think the way you've balanced his abilities are really well done considering what you've got to deal with, kinda converting Esper abilities into that of a Quirk (with all the necessary drawbacks and whatnot)

I'm interested to see how the reader is gonna mitigate some of those drawbacks over time so we can eventually see him closer to Shigeo's level.

Oh yeah, quick side note, but this is definitely my favourite MHA fanfic on the website, props to you, I think the quality of writing is honestly insane and even surpasses that of actual novels, seriously amazing writing dude. Hyped to see where things go from here, keep up the good work my man

@DraxHere Yes! Originally, the reader character's quirk was heavily inspired by Mob and the psychic powers of Mob Psycho 100. From how emotions influence the reader's abilities to the indicator on his hero costume that keeps track of how strong those emotions are. Over time, I deviated from the Mob Psycho inspirations and changed the quirk to better work in the MHA universe.

Shigeo Kageyama would win without a doubt if he and the reader character fought early on. I "nerfed" the reader's quirk to balance the overpowered abilities of Shigeo for a more believable story, so Shigeo is basically the reader without the physical restraints and negative downsides of using his powers. But later on in his hero career, once The Psychic Hero: Redux reaches that point, I think the battle could go either way depending on the circumstances.

Thank you for the question! I'm always happy to answer!
