I must say, my interest was initially piqued due to the title being similar to one of my own stories, but I’m very glad I decided to check it out. The vibes are very different. These characters are mostly young adults (and also not fucking morons lol). But I would highly recommend the Children’s Games series by @rose_marie_96 to anyone who is a fan of New Adult Dystopia, lots of action, and strong themes of identity and trust. The first two books are complete with a third on the way in the near future.

@eyhuff Yeah, I'm pretty excited about that 

I finally started writing a new book in October of this past year, but I really only been able to work on it during the small intervals that my baby decides to sleep in her crib and I’m not also trying to steal some sleep myself.  Looking back through it today, I realized that I’ve written a lot more than I thought I had. Admittedly it’s still not very much in the grand scheme of things and who knows how long it’ll be until I’ll post it since it’s all handwritten at this point. That being said, it’s felt really great to back into writing again and here’s to finding more time for it in 2025!

One of my writer friends on here (@JackieBendster) finished the first book of their trilogy. I’d recommend Savages and Purists to those who enjoy New Adult Roman-tasy, magic school settings, or anyone looking for a great read for read partner

Just finished Twisted Destiny by @Coco_da_cat and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes the fairytale genre with some unique twists as well as strong bonds between the two female leads
