          G.D. සේමිණී ශෂිප්‍රභා වන මම, කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ ජනසන්නිවේදය විශේෂවේදී (Honours) උපාධිය හදාරන අවසන් වසර විද්‍යාර්ථීනියක් වෙමි.
          
          මෙම ප්‍රශ්නාවලිය, " ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වයස අවුරුදු 13 – 19 අතර නවයොවුන් පාඨකත්වය කෙරෙහි Wattpad සමාජ මාධ්‍ය වේදිකාවෙන් ඇති කරන බලපෑම අධ්‍යයනය කිරීම "  සඳහා දත්ත රැස් කිරීමේ අරමුණින් සකස් කර ඇත. මෙම පර්යේෂණය මගේ උපාධි අවසන් පර්යේෂණය (Final Thesis) සඳහා භාවිත කරනු ලැබේ.
          
          ඔබ ලබාදෙන සියලු තොරතුරු පූර්ණ රහස්‍යභාවයෙන් ආරක්ෂා කරනු ලබන අතර, ඒවා අධ්‍යාපනික කටයුතු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිත කරනු ඇත.
          
          මේ සදහා ඔබගේ අත්දැකීම් භාවිතයෙන් සත්‍ය පිළිතුරු ලබා දීම මෙම පර්‍යේෂණයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය වැඩි දියුණු කරගැනීමට ඉතාමත් වැදගත් වේ. 
          
          ඔබගේ වටිනා කාලය හා සහයෝගය වෙනුවෙන් හෘදයාංගම ස්තූතියි.
