I'm sorry i didn't speak to you guys for weeks, i was busy with school lol.
Is everyone doing okay i have ideas for aarmau if you need it lol, but most importantly is your health doing okay? it's okay to take a break we're all human :).
Try doing a self care routine
1. Don’t check your email or social media channels within one hour of waking.
2. Meditation or yoga, even just 10 minutes each morning or night.
3.Get more sleep—there are several studies that also support this one!
4.Set yourself a reminder on your phone (or Alexa device) saying, “You’re amazing!”
5.Say no to events or gatherings that stretch you too thin.( )
6.Clean and declutter —a polished is a polished mind.
7.Take a bath. - ( )
8.Listen to an audiobook / .
9.Cuddle with your dog/cat—or play with your friends’ pets.
10.Light a candle in your favorite scent .
11.Cook yourself a nice meal. Eating = self-care.( )
12.Watch a nature .
13.Create a safe space at home that’s meant only for pure relaxation.
14.Write yourself a “well-done” list at the end of the day to celebrate your achievements, however big or small they may be.
15.Schedule self-care time like you would block out dinner plans with friends.
