          Not sure whether you've been to Wattpad before, but if you hover your mouse over Community on the top if the orange tab, you'll see a thing called "Clubs". You can click Clubs, and that is where you can actively talk with other people on Wattpad. 
          
          Personally, I love Multimedia Designs, The Cafe, Improve Your Writing, and whatever genres at the bottom of the page that I'm interested in.
