          1: oc working with cops to take Joe down
          
          2: oc is a friend of love and is pretending to be with Joe to get revenge
          
          3: Joe is stalking her and not like the way he stalks the others I mean like batshit crazy like making her know she has a stalker and he is comforting the oc promising to protect her
