I saw your tiktok about the Estelle method and I don’t know if was how enthusiastic you were but that video made me immediately make a song Playlist for my hogwarts Dr and bestie out of all of my failed attempts of shifting this is the closest I've ever been. Like I seriously felt like I was floating off my bed instead of falling, and there was white light. It started from the right side of my vision until it engulfed everything and there was a time that little circles of light just waved around in different directions, it was so trippy. Oh... Uh sorry for the rant but I really wanted to say thank you
