I’d planned to finish the next chapter of Wasteland today, but these stupid freaking characters are doing that thing again where they dictate their own story, so now I have an almost finished chapter of 5k+ words that’s not even the chapter I WANTED to write, so now I gotta entertain these idiots and still finish the freaking trial chapter because they’re apparently really into doing stuff that’s NOT in the timeline I mapped out. Thought about scrapping the scenes I’ve written, but I think I might actually just keep them because it involves my two favorite idiots and some unexpected comfort. Decisions, decisions…

@farfromstrange2 ikr like, i'd understand if i was leaving canada, but i'm not! i also kinda feel bad though bc his dad is literally paying for the ticket, like just out of nowhere he's like, i'll pay for your ticket and you can stay here, literally at his house, like i feel so bad that he's spending so much money on me!

@imyourshotgunbaby me too, being baptized by harry sounds like a dream omg! but i understand where you're coming from, like inflation has made everything so expensive, like i understand that technically when they're performing at a concert, that person is working but it still could be a little cheaper. like last night, i was on the phone with the guy i'm talking too, we're looking at getting me a round trip plane ticket so i can go visit him, it's literally $700, like i almost died, and that's just staying in canada, it's only a 5 hour plane ride!

if you guys have been wondering about when the next chapter of wasteland will be out, i just wanted to let you know that i had three term papers to write, which has taken up most of my time these past couple of weeks, so i haven’t gotten around to rewriting and editing the next chapter. thankfully, i now have two weeks off before the next semester starts (which is also the last semester before my bachelor’s thesis, can you believe it?) so i’ll try to get back into it ASAP <3 rafael and daisy have quite literally been begging for my attention, and who am i to deny that?
