            that reassured him , ronald was greatful to have someone like zussman .  always kept him grounded in these dark times , as did stiles and aiello .  but zussman..  there was something special about him .  “ we can only hope .  there’s no telling with pierson .  glad to have someone like you in our platoon  ,  zussman .  think i’d go war crazy by now .  ”

            daniels express turned stern , lips thin .  knew he couldn’t change how he’s experienced horrors and will certainly experience more .  but that didn’t change how he felt about the dreams , every single one of them .  about paul..  about everything .  “ yeah  ,  i know .  just wish it didn’t make me restless sometimes .  have to be my best out on the field  ,  can’t slip up .  ”
