Moonlight filtered through tall windows, catching on threads of gold and silver woven into half-finished garments. Thalassa stood near the center of it all, a quiet, out-of-place presence—salt and shadow in a room built for light and admiration.
          
          “I’ve seen garments sink with their owners,” she said, her gaze drifting across the designs with an unreadable expression. “Silk, jewels, crowns… all of it swallowed just the same.”
          
          Her attention shifted back to him slowly, something more curious now than distant.
          
          “But yours…” she stepped closer to one of the pieces, fingertips hovering just above it, not quite touching “they don’t feel like they’d disappear so easily.”
          
          A slight tilt of her head.
          
          “What makes them different?”

                     I.   THE WEAVER
            
            slender hands work their magic upon fabric , the thread pushed through the needle with practiced ease , as though he had done this for a millenia . soft silver locks of hair , highlighted by the colors of blush roll down his shoulders.
            
            A DELICATE SIGHT , for a man the complete opposite . he does not pay her mind , not yet at least . a few seconds pass before his gaze lifts to the woman before him , a brow quirked in silent judgement as he looked her up and down -- a common action he had done to every god , even zeus . 
            
            " what makes them different , is that perfection makes them . "
            
            he answered matter of factly , staring down at the garments before a soft golden hue envelops it , undoing the threads as though he were unsatisfied with his work .
            
            " where humans fail , i mend those broken pieces together .  i handle all the garments worn by gods , including yours. it is no wonder they had survived the devastating seas . any other god would have completely butchered the quality "
