iD. @lustinferno⠀✦⠀you were trying to──⠀seriously? that's your excuse?⠀[bellamy can hardly believe it──the sheer audacity ari has to go through her things when bella was the one who offered to let her stick around, to give her food and shelter, a warm bed to sleep in every night and a roof above her head. she takes a moment to gather herself, to direct her anger elsewhere, before turning back toward ari, her expression less irritated now, more so just weary and the slightest bit relieved.]⠀if you'd switched that for any other medication, you'd be dead right now. you know that, right?

            She cowers the slightest bit. With anyone else, she would puff out her chest and tell them off like it was her job⸺but she can't with Bellamy, never with Bella. "It just— seemed suspicious. They didn't, uh, you know, look like what the label says it is, so I was trying to help." 

iD. @lustinferno⠀✦⠀of course you didn't.⠀[bellamy scoffs, turning away and running a hand down her face in both disbelief and exasperation. she doesn't know what she expected, in all honesty──integrity, maybe, loyalty, perhaps──but it's clear she wasn't prepared for  / this /. who would be?]⠀how many times have i told you to stay out of my shit? 

iD. @lustinferno⠀✦⠀[bellamy's expression remains relatively blank, the only indication that she'd even  / heard /  ari being a subtle furrow of her brows. she looks nice, bella supposes; the length of the dress is flattering, the color suits her, but even  / she /  can see it: the subtle fidgeting, the way she speaks like she's awaiting bella's approval. she doesn't indulge it, and instead dodges the question, shifting her weight slightly, gaze drifting back up to meet the other's.]⠀do  / you /  think it does?

            It's uncomfortable, the feeling of the dress dragging against her thighs, how the fabric brushes against her skin at all the wrong angles, the way it feels like everything is showing too much⸺but maybe she'll get used to it over time. 
            
            Bella's reaction makes her nervous, more than she already is. Is it really that bad? Should she throw it all out and forget this ever happened? "I— [..] I don't know. Does it look okay?" 

iD. @lustinferno⠀✦⠀oh.⠀[the acknowledgment is breathed softly, bellamy's gaze never once leaving ari, scanning her like a scientist would a specimen. she hasn't the slightest inkling as to where this sudden desire for change emerged, though, she supposes the least she could be is supportive.]⠀should i get used to seeing you like this? 

iD. @lustinferno⠀✦⠀no, you don't.⠀[bellamy affirms, glancing toward the other over her shoulder. she then turns and folds her arms over her chest, head tilted, dark hues narrowed slightly.]⠀go back to bed, ariadne.
