well,   you know,  living in a place like gravity falls kind of forces you to be prepared for anything.   

@bearsfalls    [      he let out a tired laugh, his voice slightly muffled by the pillow beneath him.  ]     man..    you really think of everything, don't you?     

*dipper chuckled at jake's comment, his amusement evident as he watched his friend sprawl out on the bed.*   well,  just in case, I've got a spare pillowcase somewhere.    you know, for emergencies.         

minus the i guess  .  *  he was quick to add  , the corner of his lips quirked gently upwards in a lopsided grin . *  you know you’re good looking ??  I’m done feeding your ego  . * he chuckled softly  ,  rolling his eyes slightly  . *  yeah well  ..  I do !  I spill too much when I’m high as shit -   * he then gave a small understanding nod before he seemed to hesitate .. carefully pondering what he was about to ask next  . *   okay .. took as in something /or/ someone ?

[     he couldn’t help but laugh,     rolling his eyes slight playfully at his teasing.      failing to upheld his serious demeanor,    a wry smile formed onto his features.     ]      did you?      i don’t remember.    and please,      don’t touch my fridge.    [      he said,        leaning his weight against a nearby tree..    and another sigh slipped past his lips and he shifted his gaze from the other to stare at the ground.     ]      ..it’s a long story.        they just took a lot from me.

@gravitysparks         i’m honored but really i just needed a place to sleep,   im originally from new york.        [    a thoughtful silence lingered in the air,    he placed his cup down onto the counter.       jake found it difficult to read people their emotions but it was almost impossible to not notice the expressions that were written across her features.    it definitely recalled him of sibling trouble,     something he knew all too well.         ]         aha..    you should just give it some time,    i can see you two care a lot about each other.          i know what’s it like,      i have a little sister.       though she can be a menace.        [      he explained with a laugh,     and at the mention of the bracelet..   he looked down at her wrist.    ]       really?    it looks sick,         you think you can make me one?    

[ a laughter left her own lips,  she playfully rolled her eyes and shakes her head. ]   no, he kind of lacks social skills.   you must be an exception?   i meant,  shutting me out. [ those words were spoken in a mere whisper,  tugging a strand of loose hair behind her ear.   she knew her brother had a lot of stuff going on which caused them to be distant,  she couldn’t blame him..   though she held onto a sparkle of hope that he would at least give her a chance to help,   instead of being defenseless and watching him leave every night to sulk in his room, till the late hours.    it pained her to see her twin like that.    his next words,  made her face lit up in surprise.    ]    really?    that is nice to hear——-      thank you!    i made them myself,    i also made this bracelet!   [  she proudly showed off the charm bracelet,  that was hanging around her slim wrist.  ]  

@gravitysparks       does what a lot?    inviting strangers over?      cause that would be concerning.     [     he couldn’t restrain another chuckle,    as he took a sip of his own coffee.    he glanced over at her and offered a smile.       ]        don’t worry,    only good things.      he said you’re,  creative and benevolent.    by the looks of it,      you sure are.    [     dark hues seemed to linger upon her features for a brief moment.      ]     i like your earrings.

            thank you  *  as soon as the group had passed them she emerged from behind the male  ,  a sigh of relief pushing past her lips before turning to face the other properly  *  oh  ,  yeah of course  !  it’s not that serious thought.  to make a long story short  ,  i’m sort of avoiding a love confession.

[     an amused chuckle slipped past his lips as he let her hide.     dark hues watched the group of people till they were out of sight before he turned his head towards the other with a nod.       ]      yep they’re gone!    but i do like an explanation,      what did you do?   it must be something serious.

            oh you are a real hero  !  *  she exclaimed  ,  offering him a bright a smile before immediately moving to hide behind the taller male.  making herself as small as possible as a group of 4 people passed them by  ,  seeming like the were looking for somebody.  when they had passed  ,  the redhead carefully peeked over the others shoulder  *  are they gone  ?  please tell me they’re gone. 

@bearsfalls        technically it is,     you asked me to stay over..     i agreed.      sleepover.    [  he casually explained as he leaned back onto the mattress and folded his arms behind his head.      at the mention of his tattoo,     he diverted his dark hues from his stuff to peer up at the other.       ]      thanks,      man.       i like yours too.       and it did,       but nothing i can’t handle.       [       a chuckle.   that was the advantage of being a hybrid dragon,          his pain tolerance was high.        there seemed to be a persistent silence..   and swallowing the lump in his throat.. he kept his gaze fixated upon the ceiling.     what he was gonna confess,   was a secret he’d carried his whole life.. and truthfully he didn’t knew how dipper would react to it..      i mean;      he only knew him for what?  three days.        ]           you’re probably going to think I’m crazy..      but im not human.  

this .. is not a sleepover !  *   he stated rather flustered , feeling his face grew hot as a crimson blush flooded across his cheeks at the others assumption before he crawled under his own blanket and rested his back against the headboard  .  hazel hues were drawn to the others back and his lips parted  .   *   I like your tattoo  ,   that must’ve hurt  .  *  he continued intrigued by the sight ..   he averted his gaze when he caught himself for staring a bit too long   .   his brows furrowed and a slow nod    .  *     of course , you can trust me   -

[      he offered him a smile,    reaching for his bag as he took out a spare shirt.     his brows knitted at his next words,    another playful chuckle.     ]     and..      here i thought this was gonna be a sleepover talking about crushes instead of a interrogation.        [      an amused tease,       pulling his shirt over his head as he revealed a majestic dragon design tattooed into the skin of his back before putting back on his spare shirt and looked back at him..     examining..     a sigh,     so far he trusted dipper enough to tell him the truth.       ]        i’ll tell you but this stays between us,     got it?
