Devon knocked on the Harrington household , he knew the taller boy would answer because his parents were never home . Devon had decided he wanted to tell him how he felt , even if it meant keeping themselves secret or ruining his friendship , He was up for it . He wanted to get it off his chest . He had even recited what he was gonna say . Well It had all been forgotten when he had opened the door . Devon had just froze , unsure of what to say .
“ . . . I . . - , Oh uhm - , can I come in if it is okay with you obviously , Pff -”
Devon said looking at the ground , rubbing his neck quite nervously .

Devon sighed , rubbing his temples .
“ I just need a place to go tonight . .”
Devon mumbled , wrapping his arms around himself , In a reassuring manor . At this point he couldn’t tell Steve . It would hurt Devon to much .

Devon wasn’t sure what to say , He just nodded walking into the way to quiet house . Devon let out a deep and long sigh .
“ I . . - , uh - , Just needed somewhere to go . .”
He knew he had been lying to the other , but he chose to ignore the guilt he had been feeling .
