Is this account still active? Yes, of course. It's just that I can't be as active as before. Why? Because I'm busy with my real life.
          
          I'm still keeping an eye on this account. But if I'm inactive, I do log out for a while, even to the point of deleting the app. Once I log in and see the support is still there for me.
