pls tell me I’m not the only one that writes at least two to three versions of a chapter and choose which one I like better at the end—

I write a chapter and then go back the second time and add comments in Google docs then go back after a while ( after taking a break ) and just editing and adding little things.

i do this with new wips and i hate it because i always end up rewriting at least three times :(
