Hello everyone,
After a long deliberation, I have decided that starting from today, the story Until We Meet Again will be unpublished.
I wrote the story when I was around 16 years old, and for a moment I was proud of that first story which took all of the courage I had in me to publish publicly.
As the years went by, I've learned many things on many subjects, and slowly, I came to the realization that Until We Meet Again no longer represents the beliefs that I've educated myself and continuously try to implement in my life.
I feel that it is not my place to write said story, as I have no direct experience of it except from the research I've done 7 years ago. Especially when the event which took place in the book have impacted so many lives.
I also grew fearful that it might give off wrong ideas - whether it is about romance and relationships, race and equality, war and prejudice - all the important subjects which the story revolves around, and which we should always strive to understand better and therefore grow positively from understanding it.
Please note that I also do this on my own free will, and that no one have forced or confronted me about it. All of the readers have been truly supportive and wonderful - everything a newly self-published wattpad writer who was still finding her courage and her passion (and still is) could ever ask for.
Also, I hope that none of the story's readers feels bad about having read and liked the story. It was my responsibility as the writer to think thoroughly about the message I was projecting before I published the story, and not yours.
To end this statement, I thank you once again for all the support you've shown me, and I apologize if I had caused any hard feelings from my writing.
Thank you and have a nice day x.
