@Mid_nightMemories  well Vanessa was going to give birth and leave her baby at Carter's doorstep with a note saying sorry. Carter takes the baby girl in and treats her as her own. Later on she takes the baby to Rome's house, where they argue. They end up kissing and she leaves. At the end Rome wins her back and they live together with their children.
