I'm an over imaginative child in a grown-up's body, harboring a deep and unrealistic desire to someday author a novel my kids'll actually enjoy reading.  Okay, to be brutally honest, I would like them to want to brag about it, but not actually brag about it, because they were raised to be well-adjusted and selflessly above the sort of pettiness required to want your children to brag about you.
