I wanna write a mermaid au but I don't know who I should make a mermaid

          Penelope/Iklies oneshot: House of Memories

Highly tempted to write a Penelope/Iklies where both of them are batshit insane

So there seems to have been some excitement about Penelope's romantic life in my fic, and sorry to those who were looking forward to it, but there will be no romantic relationships between the characters. My explanation for this:
          
          - first of all, let's remember that in the loops Penelope lived through, she was killed by Callisto most of the time
          - yes, he was being controlled by the Leila, but it does not erase the trauma Penelope has been through
          - Penelope acts like she isn't effected because she herself doesn't realize/hasn't processed her trauma and has become numb to it
          - this goes for all the other capture targets as well as Callisto
          
          That being said, I will not be adding a romantic subplot. This and the fact that I find a person whose mental age is around the hundreds being with a 23-ish (mentally and physically) person to be weird.
          
          And to quote what Penelope has stated herself after I had asked her this, "What the fuck did you just ask me," with Yvonne enthusiastically nodding in the background, I think it's safe to say that she too, objects this idea.
