okay so I’m trying to find this wattpad story but I forgot everything
it was an ongoing story I read like 2 years ago and I can’t find it now no matter what I search.
so basically the story was set in Mumbai.
the boy was really poor, lived in a chawl with his siblings. he had a really good physique and he used to do illegal boxing or wrestling matches (like underground fights) to take care of his siblings.
he was kind of cold, aggressive type but also very protective.
the girl was super rich and she was a doctor (I think). she didn’t really understand poverty or how hard life is in chawls.
they had this argument about poor people and struggle and then the boy basically challenged her to live in the chawl to understand it properly. and she actually accepted the challenge and came to live there.
while living there she struggled a lot, like there was one scene where Mumbai heat + electricity cut happened and she couldn’t handle it because no AC or anything, and she fainted in her room and the boy found her and helped her.
there was also another scene where she was actually very kind and was feeding snacks to chawl kids, and around that time their argument / tension happened and the challenge started.
slowly the boy and girl start getting closer but he stays emotionally distant because of his fighting life and responsibilities with his siblings.
then later in the story there’s a time skip and the boy becomes rich/successful somehow (this part wasn’t shown properly yet), but his relationship with his siblings gets a bit distant because he’s always outside working.
the book cover had a dark aesthetic mafia vibes type of look.
and I think the author name started with “S” and maybe had a surname starting with “W” but I’m not sure.
If anyone knows this wattpad story PLEASE tell me
