I just watched the film we live in time and the first ppl that came to my mind was sunghoon and isuel. The film talks about balancing love and ambition and it was a stark contrast to sweet revenge. From isuel loosing her baby and being left behind to sunghoon falling out of love because he was chasing his dreams this film was a constant reminder for me about them. It showed to me how much of an amazing writer you are too. You should us the real life dimensions of love and not just the 2 dimensional romance we often chase after. Love isn't what we often want it to be. It comes with hardships we sometimes don't want to face. I remeber sunghoons proffesor saying "parting is also a part of love" which is true. Not everything works out on the first go. This story showed to me how sometimes love isn't enough for a relationship to work out but it also requires to put aside one's differences to understand and to feel them the way we would want to be felt and understood. You are an amazing writer and a teacher as well. Keep up the good work. I know you'll be going places someday for sure

@finnwolf-fart u can still be a good doctor and a writer too. i come from a 3rd world country asw. i wanted to go pro in music but obviously i couldn't because
for most of us from 3rd world countries chasing your dream seems so far fetched than it already seems. So i just sticked w architecture. But i totally understand where ur coming from cz i'm in the same boat as u. Anyways best of luck w whatever u wanna do in the future. ALWAYS ROOTING FOR YA BESTIEEE

@Tsuki_dumpling Ahh, that means so much to me! I wish I could make my work more known and share my ideas with the world but coming from a third-world country, I know I don’t have the privilege to be an artist bc simply there’s no time to be creative(story for another day I might post an essay about why 3rd world countries can’t afford to be artists) So, I’m going to be a doctor instead

the struggle of being perfect.Okay, I’m kidding thank you so much, that truly means the world to me! LMAO.

@Tsuki_dumpling Iseul is a reflection of the women I’ve seen throughout my life. Coming from a middle-class family, I’ve witnessed firsthand how much women struggle not just emotionally, but financially and socially. I relate to Iseul a lot because, like so many women, she seeks stability, even if it means setting aside her own feelings. But despite her calculated approach, we still see her moments of vulnerability, reminding us that no matter how much we try to suppress it, love always finds a way to seep into our bones.

One of the biggest things I wanted to highlight in Sweet Revenge is how the love we see in movies is completely unrealistic. It has warped our perception of relationships, making us believe love should be effortless, grand, and always perfect. The moment it doesn’t meet those expectations, we leave. And in many ways, I blame capitalism for that love has been turned into something transactional. If he’s not rich enough, don’t stay. If love isn’t consumable, if it isn’t a product, it isn’t worth it.

That’s why I’m so happy you understood the message behind Sweet Revenge! I’ve always wanted to educate people in a way that feels natural through humor and romance, because those are the things I love most. Thank you for reading I’m so happy you got the message

@finnwolf-fart One is the K-drama called Buried Hearts, there's a scene where they both are in the stairs and she like, jump to him, and he catch her (I don't know how to explain, I'm not english), and then they start kissing in the the railing next to the window. And the other I don't know the name but they're in the house and he carry her like nupcial style? And he said to her "If you want this house to be abitable, we need more family members (babies), and well you know, they do like the process JAJAJAJA (SORRY, I have too much imagination...). But this scenes I feel like fits with them, I don't know if you're gonna write smut or not, but omg (they have tension there)
