I love fic culture on livejournal especially, and asianfanfics and AO3 too. That's always been so dear to me. It's why my recs book mostly has fic from there. I do hope you head over to livejournal and asianfanfics and AO3 because the fic on there was/is so good. I love the authors and the fic fests and exchanges and communities. I definitely recommend people to check stuff out on livejournal, asianfanfics and AO3! There's so much good stuff - don't miss out :)
