and even so, saying “narcissistic abuse” exists suggests its only “narcissistic abuse” because the person has npd. that isnt how it works. npd doesnt make you inherently abusive.

just realized i probabky desperately need therapy because i lost two of my friends today due to my toxic actions that i thought were normal due to past friendships sdkskdkks
          im glad they told me though no one has actually told me the kindmof person i can be before like straight ti my face???
          anyway yeah i should probably consiider listening to my parents and getting into therapy
