warn the vision holders that the shogunate were coming— it seemed like an easy enough task, after all she was quick on her feet. she'd ran from inazuma city to the path to ritou, yelling that the shogunate was coming. except .. they were faster than she expected, and even if she tried outrunning them, she couldn't quite outpace all of them. it was how she managed to be slumped against a large rock, blood dripping from a deep wound as she gripped her vision tight in her hand. her desire to protect those who couldn't protect themselves— was her undoing. her eyes were just beginning to close when she heard footsteps running. tsukiko blinks, before she looks over. somehow.. the sight of kohaku with that dumb look on his face didn't sit with her. " why so glum, princess? still waiting on your prince? " despite the fact she was dying, she couldn't help but tease him.

" didn't you hear? the messenger girl of the yashiro commission went alerting the people that the shogunate was coming to take their visions. " she watches him go, her vision blurring but she forces herself to stay awake. at least for now. the yashiro commission is a long way from here— but even so, she still wonders if they're proud at her for successfully warning so many vision holders that people were coming for their visions. her blue eyes blink, tired as she fights the sleep that threatens to overtake her.

@tsuchans kohaku had been worried from the start, always making sure he stayed in contact somehow, through the people he trusted. there hadn't been much word regarding kiko, so he had set out to hear something, /anything/ that would bring good news. unfortunately, when he steps out, she isn't in the condition he expected her to be in at all. bleeding, wounded, pained breathing- it's like his world has come crashing down. " /tsukiko/ ! what happened ? why are you- no, nevermind, don't tell me-- just stay there, i can find somethin'--" panicked, the craftsman runs inside to grab some gauze, running bacn out to her with legs that feel like they'll buckle any minute. the blood is making him nauseous.

you're so lucky :(( ive asked ma if i can have a brother or a sister, but all she says was ' one failed relationship was enough for me, tsuki. ' so no siblings for me.
