@flamse,               you might be surprised though,   i’m pretty strong if you think about it!      [    he exclaims,   raising his arm and flexing a little,   free hand patting his bicep before a laugh escapes.    ]      you don’t always have to be so worried,   you know.   despite how i am,   i think i have a pretty good chance and keeping myself safe even if you were to take a break you know.      [    green irises train on her,   a pause,     ]      would you like to..  go to dinner with me? 

@earthbnd !          [ a short snort is heard from her as she watches him carefully enter the room and gracefully plop down on a seat. ]     damn right you’re not.  you wouldn’t last a day id you were.     [ her tone shifts in the slightest, a hint of casualness if listened to carefully. a way of speaking she only ever really used with him and occasionally her father when they were feeling like bonding with one another (whatever that meant). ]      i was keeping watch in case something happened while you trained.    [ the answer to his question implied, no she hadn’t eaten ] 

@flamse,               [    a lop-sided smile falls on his lips,   crossing his arms as he leans against the door frame.   green irises watching her,   a chuckle escaping,    ]      it’s just me,   you know.   don’t have to go all commander on me,   i’m not one of your soldiers.      [    the avatar soon moves into the room,   closing the door quietly as he comfortably settles down in a seat.   seemingly unguarded,   relaxed,   and lazy   (as per usual).      [    a pause,    ]      have you just been here this entire time?   have you eaten yet at all? 

@flamse,              [    li-yong notices the conflictive emotions shift on her features,   although he wasn’t able to catch a better understanding of her emotions as hikaru hid them so well.    ]      you know,   you should laugh more..   a smile suits you.      [    he pipes up,   thinking it’s better to be honest now then make her feel the need to overthink his actions.    ]      i think she was scared off,   usually she behaves a lot better,   but mimi usually can’t handle strangers coming up to her.   i think someone probably came by without warning..     (SIGH),    i thought it would be fine to leave for just a second.   i wanted to grab water for her.   

@earthbnd !        [ she wasn’t sure how he’d react to her uncharacteristic reaction but it wasn’t what she expected. perhaps she half thought he would laugh with her or make it a big deal.. was it disappointment she felt? she shoved the thoughts quickly out of her mind as she nodded ]      you should train her.  at least to not run off like this cause then we’re stuck on look and rescue duty. 

@flamse,              [    he was stunned by her laugh,   but it wasn’t any negative view or that the avatar was judging.   in fact,   it made his own cheeks flush as witnessing a more relaxed moment of hikaru seemed previous,   and it made him almost shy for a second.   almost mirroring her,   he clears his own throat as well,   eyes narrowing for a moment.    ]      i’m sure it’ll be fine,   you know,   she’s not too vicious as some people might think!   just..   sometimes.

[ a chuckle emits from her lips at his obvious nerves, the lightning disappearing from her hands with a final crack. the threat was completely empty, never even considering truly harming him with her own hands. but it didn’t stop her from trying to push him ]      you just said it yourself,  your fire bending still needs work.  i’d like to see at least a spark before i grow old.      [ her tone serious but the flicker in her eyes indicating to him that she was just teasing. she knew he could tell ]  

@flamse,              [    a nervous chuckle leaves his lips,   and there would be a small drop of sweat falling if he wasn’t already back on his feet from the (possible?) empty threat.   although li-yong wouldn’t test it,   and he’s scratching the back of his head.    ]      no,   i think that my fire-bending still needs a bit of work,   you know!      [    a light-hearted,   but obviously nervous smile forms on his lips.    ]      but really..   how long are we going to keep training?

[ she responds, reaching down to flick his ear before standing back up, perfectly straight as per usual ]      of course that would mean that you’ve managed to master all four elements, come in contact with the avatar state and complete combat training.     [ a pause as she brings her hand up, lightning cracking between her fingers ]     shall we put it to the test?
