irl i have a 'best' friend (ex friend) who is called cory who i genuinely the most unempathetic person Ive ever met so you've set cory up for failure tbh. (for some context my 'friend' cory had to be reminded to ask if i was ok after having open heart surgery and i didn't get one message when my grandfather passed away)
