@laurendoubleu I did enjoy the mythology of the story so me not finishing was not a reflection of your writing. I have been struggling to concentrate on deeper story lines lately. When I am in a calmer headspace I often go back to finish books from that list. Thanks for writing and sharing here for our enjoyment!

@klmystica thank you so much! I will start at the beginning then. It may help other readers if you put a note in the summary of My Forbidden Love. I, personally, like to read the whole series when it is finished because the endless cliffhanger of an abandoned series or reading a series out of order is frustrating.             Ah I get completely why you felt this way.
            
            My Forbidden Love is the first book in the second series of a larger series.
            
            The first series is called: The Discovering Us Series which follows along the parents journey and how the Ella came to be. 
            
            This is a dark romance reverse harem series which does have strong trigger warnings.
            
            Obviously as above My Forbidden Love is the first child’s story.
            
            There was no offence taken, I was just curious :) x

I swear it wasn't like this until I started one too many books only to find out the series wasn't finished and the author was no longer active... And then you never know how it ends(cough, George RR Martin, cough)! So I am looking forward to binge reading your competed series and tucked it in my reading list for later. Thanks sharing your writing!
