Should I feel the need to use things like "Ya" and other Korean words / slang in my writing?
          
          Like, I always see lots of others who write things based in South Korea and they tend to use random Korean words (i.e. Oppa, Unnie, Ya, etc.). I mean, it makes sense to do but at the same time I feel a little odd doing it? Like, for me I feel like it's similar to randomly throwing "Kawaii" into things just because what you're writing is based in Japan. No hate or shade to writers who do this of course, I just think it's odd for me to do and I need an outside opinion if anyone reads these.
