Hello Munchkadees, So I was thinking about a response I made a few hours ago to a comment... feel free to check it out below! But I want to ask a question: Should I change my writing style? Or do you all prefer how everything is so far? For some context, the reader said one of my stories (the Yandere AC one) wasn't an ACTUAL x reader because the reader wasn't very present in the story. I thought the chapters were pretty good... However, I value your feedback and want to make sure my writing resonates with my audience. So, please let me know your thoughts on whether I should adjust my writing style to better engage readers like you. Thank you for your input! If you do decide to read the comment I made (you can scroll down a little): Is there a better way to say what I said? I feel like I handled it well, but looking back, I should have worded things differently? I don't want to come off as defensive or mean… Your feedback is important to me, and I want to ensure that my writing connects with you and other readers. Constructive criticism helps me improve (but this reader didn't really give constructive criticism…), so please feel free to share any suggestions or ideas you have for enhancing the engagement of my writing. Thank you for taking the time to provide your input!
@flygon12 Coolio, soz for the swearing, a lot of people bash me for giving advice
@Alastors_Whore Love your name btw... Yes, I'm aware. When I first started writing, I wrote my characters around my height. As the story progresses, the reader will get taller...almost like a late bloomer. Thank you for the advice! No offense taken!!
@flygon12 the only criticism I would give is to change the MC a tiny bit. Mostly the height. Most people just make fun of writers who make the MC really small without it being a genetic issue like dwarfism. I've seen it happen a LOT so please don't think I'm being a cunt cause I'm just giving you the honest truth. I'd also get a proof reader, as a precaution.

@Marise_Eternal Hello! Yes I am....I've just been studying since I'm in an AP Biology class...
Hi, are you still alive?
@Kanae_Yue Hello! Yes I am...I'm in an AP Biology class and have been dedicating a lot of my time to studying (*´-`)
Apologies for doing this here, but a situation has come to light... Please sign this... https://chng.it/sbkcHwwHPk It has all the information needed but please remember he's 18 and she's 13...
@Alastors_Whore Oh...my...goodness. My heart goes out to that poor girl. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. That is absolutely sick and disgusting! I hope her and her family recover from this absolutely disgusting acting.
Wassup bitch- bit aggressive.. Yo, wassup? How are you, welcome back from the dead
@Alastors_Whore Sorry...it's probably going to be a long while before I post on that book again.
You don’t know how happy I was when I saw you update! For a second I thought you quite or worse but I’m happy to see that your alive!! Hope your doing well
@YanderesObsession Aww! I feel so bad leaving everyone without notice… I should have communicated my plans better and given all of you Munchkadees a heads-up. I'll make sure to be more considerate in the future. Thank you for your concern!! I was going through the grieving process pretty hard a few months ago and was busy with the end of the school year. I've been on a lot of vacations too, and I didn't have as much time as I would have hoped, as I'm now wayyyy past schedule. I guess I was overestimating my abilities. I was also struggling to find motivation to write for some time, so I was reading other creators' stories on the platform. I'm glad to be back and happy to find myself in a better place than I was a few months ago. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. It feels good to be back in a creative mindset and ready to continue sharing my work with you all. Thank you for sticking with me through it all! I've also been working on a story that I'm not sure any of you guys would want…so I'm going to work on it and leave it in my drafts for a while. I'm thinking about putting it in the next poll. Anyway, back on track, I appreciate your concern! I'm happy you love my stories so much that it brings you joy! Please don't forget to take care of yourself!!
Have you died?
@Alastors_Whore No! No! I have not died I've had a lot of projects and events recently and over the past few months... I also took a bit of a break and went on vacation from writing due to finals and other things. Which is why I haven't been updating as much as I would like. Thank you for the concern, but I'm very much alive! I hope to get back to writing next week

Your x reader stories need to be worked on cause no offense our sister doesn't need to be there she speaks and does things a reader should do reader should stand out but reader acts like a child barley speaks to anyone even though she's the main character and barley does anything to stand out she should be someone we can relate too or something ong the lines now no offense but I would try to rethink or go over ideas to make it an ACTUAL x reader .
@Moonlight17sonata First, when someone writes "no offense," it typically means that they are about to say something offensive, and using it two times doesn't lessen the impact of the potentially offensive statement. I've already responded to your comment, so posting it here wasn't really necessary… Now, onto the topic at hand, I completely understand where this is coming from! I write the readers as more quiet and reserved until later in the story when they start to open up and show their true personalities. Also, many people aren't as bothered by the readers I create. You may want a more dominant main character, but not everyone does. I usually see readers (especially female) as dominant and assertive, but I like to challenge that stereotype in my writing. I wanted to create characters from different universes that someone would feel a connection to, regardless of their personality traits. This allows for a more diverse and relatable cast of characters for readers to engage with. In the end, it all comes down to personal preference and writing style. Diversity in characters and writing approaches is what makes literature so rich and interesting for readers. Each writer has their own unique voice and vision, which should be respected and appreciated. I'm sorry, but I don't think my stories would provide you with what you are looking for, and that's perfectly okay! I started writing in the first place when I couldn't find anything I liked in the books I was reading. I promised myself to be true to my own style and vision, even if it meant not appealing to every reader. Ultimately, finding the right audience who appreciates your unique voice is more fulfilling than trying to conform to others' expectations. Again, sorry, but I do appreciate your criticism, even if it isn't constructive.
You got a new follower. Your stories are awesome
Alright Munchkadees, I just finished editing the last three chapters of the Yandere Harry Potter book for this round! I will not be posting for this book until every other book I have has 20 chapters in total!! Please do not ask me to update the book, as I want to ensure that all my readers have a consistent reading experience and don't have to wait too long for the next chapters. However, I appreciate your patience and support, and I promise to keep you updated on the progress of the book. With one book down, I will use Monday as either a posting day for one of the other books in Round I or as a relaxing day. This year has been hectic, but I hope this New Year brings more opportunities for me to delve into new literary adventures and explore different genres. I am excited to discover fresh perspectives and engage in thought-provoking narratives that will continue to inspire and captivate me and you! Thank you for your patience! Have an amazing morning/day/night Don't forget to eat, sleep, and stay hydrated
