Hi!!
Well how I pick them is I look at my reading list or find my favourite books on here. When I find like a good amount of authors, I pm them asking if them if it's alright if I interview them. Once they respond, depending on if they said yes, i send them my questions and wait for their answers. Yes it is a slow process sometimes as normally the writer's are in a different time zone so when they do respond its like 3am for me and i can't ask them while they're online and when i'm online they're not. It also takes awhile for a response.
