I am a mother of 2 and a step mother to 3.  I live in a small town in Alabama with my husband and 2 kids.  I am a designer by trade and love anything creative.  I have been writing poems most of my life and for the past 3 or so years have loved to read as many books as I can as long as they hold my attention.  I am thinking about posting some of my poems on here but am just not sure about it.  I have had 2 published by the National Library of Poetry and have won a few awards from them.
