Tobe chika always wanted to be a hero , just like her parents even if she was adopted . Though , there was a bad downfall to her quirk .  Do to being half raptor , if she didn't get meat in her system , she became blood thirsty . Most hero schools wouldn't take her in , sadly , but her parents kept her inside anyways .
