Hi. Finished rereading The preacher and his wife. One of the best on wattpad. Especially with exclusively a male pov. I don't find (on wattpad) that very often.
          
          Religion and marriage aside, the story speaks of life, people and relationships amongst families, neighbours and strangers. No villains, no heroes. Only people, their circumstances and influences.
          
          Callum is a remarkable character, with his wife as his saving grace. And he as her strength.
          
          I like to think the story has never been about romance nor love like depicted in today's world.  But rather hardships. People can thrive through it with the goodness of their hearts.
