Wow, coming back here was like a slap to the face. There is something so vulnerable about the writing and interactions on here, this unabashed desire for connection and expression and in fully displaying interests and not caring if the work was bad because it was fun. I miss that confidence. I instantly felt I wanted to private everything, (especially because of my already retro typing style) but I can’t help but have some fondness for this era of my life. This page feels like being transported back to a completely different time, preserved but still in motion like all of my unfinished works. I’m grateful for the community and  escape this website provided me during my formative years (especially during the pandemic) and the genuinely positive impact my friends both on and offline had on my confidence in being creative. I doubt anyone will see this, but if you do I hope you’re doing well!
