Gallons of the stuff

Why did I read asotm? It has destroyed my entire life. I will never be the same again. That book has torn out a tiny piece of me that can never be restored. I'm not o-fucking-kay.

ASOTM has destroyed both my mental and my physical wellbeing and I haven't even finished reading. Somebody please tell me it gets better. I can't deal with this.
