So recently my cat Salem has passed away. He barely turned a year old a week before he passed. And so he's gone. It hasn't fully sunken in he'll never cuddle with me or meow at me or jump up and steal food off my plate so all I can do is nothing . And if I do it's angst. So it'll be a while before I'm back to semi-normal

Mental health deteriorates everyday  yet all you can do is smile to reduce stress on others. Fake smiles
