i find it funny that a wild squirrel that had never seen me before asked me for pets and then slept in my pocket (while i was going about my day) for 2 hours but my own, domesticated dwarf hamster will literally run to the other side of her enclosure when i stick my hand in there to change her food

@wtfrnk i found him in my backyard yesterday (i think he fell from his mom’s nest) and since no one came to get him, i’m taking care of him!! i named him jack and he likes small spaces, especially pockets
