i think this was a long time coming but i’m dipping from this platform. it’s been a good 4-5 years. i was eleven when i first joined wattpad and now i’m sixteen. i don’t enjoy putting work out that gets minimal engagement AT BEST. i know part of being a writer is being told to "write even if nobody sees your work" but i honestly can’t deal with that anymore. i have lost faith in this audience and that’s just a shitty feeling to deal with. it is awful slogging through writing you just don’t care about! and i just can’t appreciate making south park fanfics any more, or not for the foreseeable future.
          
          i’m grateful for the friends i made here. i met and talked to a lot of cool folks! even if i knew you for a short amount of time, it means the world that you followed me and read my stuff. please continue the work you do and remember to take breaks if you ever feel the need to! there’s no pressure to run a race you can walk through <3

i am losing so much confidence in creating and writing and drawing. i know i will always be my biggest critic but my writing feels so void and empty, like i can never put enough emotion to it :(
          i feel so stuck even though i love art and writing! i just don’t know where to go from here.

@homestuckisms i feel the same,, 
            But if u do it non-stop then you should take some break.Because doing these stuff non-stop makes it feel so empty or doesn't give alot of confidence.
            I personally had been feeling like this before taking a break. 
            And taking break helped me.So you should take some rest dude<3
