Hi! I just read the summary of Neighbors and it really caught my attention. The idea of an extremely paranoid young man trying to form a new connection feels very relatable on a psychological level, especially with the themes of loneliness and social anxiety.
I’m curious, are you focusing more on the friendship aspect, or the tension created by his paranoia? Either way, it sounds like a really interesting character-driven story.
