Gonna be posting again soon, my ocd has just been honestly hell on earth atm. My therapist basically said you either have to go on meds or you need to be in extensive daily outpatient care, because of my obsessive hypochondria. So… yeah. I’ve just been babying myself to get through my work and daily stuff I have to do like eat and shower. So my hobbies have taken a back seat.
