It has a good start.
The introduction is pretty good because if you don't know for starters that it's a story of wolfman you probably would think it's just another simple story about romance with some drama along it all.
The continuation is also good because you give the story a total plot twist by reveling the protagonist and the boy Kane are wolfmen and also mates.
I think that this story has lots of potential because of the world you're going to present but I would see and re-read every chapter because even if it's a good one you and your friend must do it well, different and new, because there are more stories like this out there so it has to be unique.
I will see if I have time to read a bit more and if you'd like I could tell you what I think.
