HAPPY 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF STAR TREK GUYS!!!! *tries to keep fangirling on the down low while seeing that Facebook changed the reactions to be star trek themed* It's not like I'm obsessed or anything, nah man, nah!

Okay, so this is extremely unimportant, but I have to freak out, so..... I JUST GOT 4 STAR TREK BOOKS!!!!!! Like, published ones!!:):):) They had over 30 at GoodWill, but I didn't have enough money (or space in the car) to get any more. :/ I could not be happier though! One of them is about 7 of 9, and she's one of my favorite people EVER!!! Anyways... Live Long and Prosper! (Lifts hand in the same way the vulkins (I spelled that so terribly wrong) do when they say that.)

Hey guys! So, just wanted to tell you both my bands ratings at LGPE (large group performance evaluation) our symphonic band received all Superior ratings, and lots of very good comments from the judges, while our concert band received 2 superior ratings, and 2 excellent ratings. Overall, we did very well, even though we had played many of the pieces better on different occasions. Just thought I'd share a little!

Just something I'd like to share; so, as you may or may not know, I am a member of my wonderful Middle school band program! I play the clarinet, or as I like to call it, the meinet since my name is Claire. Anyways, our band was invited to Festival Disney!! Which is a nation competition usual meant for High schoolers! Very exciting! We got third out of the only three middle school bands competing at the time, but still got an Excellent rating, which was pretty great considering that my school has two bands, and different members from each band went on the Disney trip, and that was the first, and only time that that select group of people from the band will play together! The evaluator said, and I quote, "so this band has never existed, and will never exist again?" And when my director said yes, he called him a miracle worker! I personally thought that those two songs that we played had sounded better in the normal band setting, coming from someone who is in both band's currently (the advanced, and normal bands).
