alright, i feel like as part of the it fandom and just as someone who can inform even a FEW people, i need to say something about the jack dylan grazer situation.
if you don't know, it's recently come out that jack was manipulative, verbally abusive, physically abusive, and cheated on his ex gf cylia while they were together.
he's also done racist things in the past, as well as had another relationship scandal that he managed to get out scot free while his ex, ellie, received so much hate from the fandom.
this is a wake up call for me. as it should be for all of us. i had no idea any of this was going on until tonight, and i have unfollowed jack on everything.
his behavior is absolutely despicable and unexcusable. he doesn't deserve his fame or his platform. we can't let him get away with more and more abuse. we simply can't.
don't call this "cancel culture". call it holding an abuser accountable. and defending victims. i cannot even imagine having to air this trauma out on social media. cylia and ellie deserve better. i hope they have emotional support systems and can thrive regardless of this asshole.

that is so vile of him. as someone who went through abuse for 4-5 years, it’s unacceptable to let people get away with their awful actions. i’m honestly embarrassed that i was ever a fan and continued to let him get away with this throughout his past relationships. not only cylia, there was ellie and talia. he needs to be stopped immediately, he is so undeserving of the career he has.
