Do you ever feel a strong depression that just comes out of nowhere? Like, it just hits you and you feel like you're in some kind of dark void all alone, or want to be in that void? Ughhhh what helps you with it, for me it's music, listening and playing :) but sometimes it's just not enough, and it feels like it should all just end... ><

In the darkest times remember that there's always a bright light contradicting the darkness! So whatever you do don't lose hope and don't give up.
