          ㅤas  i  sit  here  writing  this,   i  realize  this  may  be  the  last  letter  i  write  to  you  for  awhile.    the  vision  hunt  decree  has  sparked  an all  out  war,    the  people  of  watsumi  island  gathering  a  rebellion,   and  those  willing  to  join  for  the  sake  of  fighting  against  what's  right.   i  find  myself...   freezing  up  whenever  it  comes  the  mention  of  yashiori  island,   or  when  it  comes  to  the  people  of  watsumi  island.   my  heart  just  cannot  handle  being  near  that  horrible  place  for  more  than  the  twenty  some-odd  minutes  it  takes  to  deliver  supplies.     its  been  many  centuries  since  my  father  met  his  end,    and  yet...    i  still  can't  bring  myself  to  be  comfortable  enough  to  physically  fight.    mhm,    ive  talked  for  quite  awhile,  haven't  i?     commissioner  kamisato  has  said  that  he'd  make  sure  this  letter  was  delivered  to  you,   so  i  can  only  believe  in  his  words.     don't  worry,   my  dearest  koibito,     im  safe.
