Hi fellow writers! I’d love to hear your thoughts. I'm planning to publish my novel, and I wanted to ask—do you think it's okay to combine Spiritual/Religious fiction with LGBTQ+ themes? I know it’s not a common pairing, but it’s really close to my heart. Would love to hear your opinions!

Hello, dear moots! This is Qilin. For today here's a sneak peak and, let me introduce one of my characters—as I, myself, will be publishing the novel soon!

"It started with a letter under the moonlight. Here's the beginning of everything." — Author

To the stranger who feels like home, I don’t know if you’ll ever read this, or if you even exist the same way I remember you—quiet eyes, gentle hands, and a voice that once held my world together. Sometimes I wonder if I made you up, or if I needed to. You once told me, “The moon will always find its way to you,” and back then, I laughed. Now, I look up at the sky, hoping it will somehow lead me back to you. I’m learning how to hold on less tightly, but my hands remember your shape too well, and my heart is too stubborn to forget. Were we real, or was I just a moment you forgot to erase? I looked at the moon tonight too, and for a second, I swore it whispered your name. If you ever find this—know that I still think of you.
